Project Definition

Ortegra runs a half-day session with the entrepreneur(s) in order to fully understand the business model. The session will explore all the aspects of the project including the features and functionality for the system being developed as well as the overall strategy for the business. After the workshop Ortegra will research the project further as well as go through a detailed estimation process for the initial phase(s) of the project. After this Ortegra will deliver the project definition and cost estimation in the form of a document outlining the issues and risk factors. This process usually takes one and half to two weeks.

Cost: £950 (Ex VAT)

Deliverables: A report showing project overview, mindmap, estimated development times and costs.

Concept Design

During the same half-day session with the entrepreneur, Ortegra will get to understand the type of product being launched, it’s target market, its feature sets, functionality and the business’s key selling points. This will be conveyed back to the entrepreneur in the form of a concept design of the website/application being developed. The design generally consists of two pages, i.e. the landing screen and one other page within the web portal/application.

Cost: £650 (Ex VAT)

Deliverables: PDF document outlining a concept design.

Logo Design

The company or product logo is a very important aspect of the visual representation of your brand. Ortegra will create an initial logo and strap line for your business or product.

Cost: £650 (Ex VAT)

Deliverables: A PDF document showing at least two logo’s with brief explanation outlining the thoughts behind its creation.

Initial Project Consultancy

From time to time entrepreneurs request Ortegra to consult at investor meetings, 3rd party partner meetings, help in putting together a strategy documents, hold a brain storming session with external experts, etc. This work is normally out of the scope of project definition and in turn Ortegra bills separately for this.
